One of three suspects in a fatal arson that claimed the life of a Warren teen could possibly be offered a plea deal.

While Judge Sean O'Brien says no formal offer has been made yet, but one could be made shortly for Brendan Daviduk who is one of three people accused of being involved in the arson.

Judge O'Brien says any potential plea deal must be ready before Daviduk's next court appearance, which is scheduled for March 22 at 11:00 a.m.

Daviduk along with Patricia Zarlingo and Zackary Gurd are all accused of being involved with the fire at a home on Nevada Street that killed 16-year-old Chassidy Broadstone.

Gurd is the only suspect that has pled so far with him entering a plea deal back in December. Police say he was the one to bring the can of gasoline that started the fire that night.

There has been no indication of a potential plea deal for Zarlingo at this time.
