Investigators with the Trumbull Action Group (TAG) drug task force division of the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office conducted a search warrant in the 400 block of Churchill Road in Girard early Friday morning. This search was in relation to an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.

The search resulted in suspected cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, miscellaneous drug paraphernalia, three firearms, and U.S. currency to be removed form the premise. 

TAG was assisted by the Brookfield Police Department, Howland Police Department, Girard Police Department, and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
