Youngstown Playhouse to receive $2K from Youngstown Area Jewish Federation
The grant will be used to support its 2024 productions and educational programming.

The Youngstown Playhouse has received a $2,000 grant from the Thomases Family Endowment of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation.
According to a news release from the playhouse, the grant will be used to support its 2024 productions and educational programming including the upcoming production of "Shrek, Jr." which is playing March 8-10.
"The Youngstown Playhouse extends our deep gratitude to the Thomases Family Endowment for its investment as we enter our 100th year of serving the Mahoning Valley through the performing arts," Dr. John Cox, the playhouse's board president.
