Champion's Gradishar elected into Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024
He was a first round draft pick of the Broncos in 1974

Champion High School & Denver Bronco All-Pro Randy Gradishar has been elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024.
Gradishar played with the "Orange Crush" defense from 1974 to 1983 after being the team's number-one pick in the 1974 draft.
He was a seven-time pro bowler, the NFL Defensive Player of the Year (1978), and had 20 interceptions and more than 2,000 tackles.
He's a 1970 graduate of Champion and was a three-year letter winner in football & basketball. He was inducted into the Champion Hall of Fame in 2004. He held three basketball school records for blocked shots (44), single-game rebounds (26), and career rebounds (817).
