Tommy's Express Car Wash breaks ground in Austintown
A new car wash that is the first of its kind in the Mahoning Valley has broken ground in Austintown on Wednesday.
Tommy's Express Car Wash has broken ground on its fifth location in Ohio and its first in the Mahoning Valley at 5633 Mahoning Avenue. The new business will be built between Chick-Fil-A and Ruby Tuesday.
Tommy's Express is known for its signature wash tunnels designed with floor-to-ceiling windows running down the length of the tunnel and its transparent roofs, making the tunnel more open, bright and inviting.
Customers can expect quick service, a three-minute travel down the car wash tunnel and a vast selection of services and products with free floor mat washers and on site vacuum stations.
Additionally, customers can sign up for TommyClub unlimited was memberships through the Tommy's Express app. This will allow member vehicles to automatically be admitted into the wash via a license plate reader system.
Memberships cost as little as $24.99 per month and members can wash as often as they like at any location.
"Tommy's Express represents the best the car washes the industry has to offer, from our commitment to customer experience to the custom, proprietary equipment we pioneered to give you the finest car wash result possible," said Tommy's president Ryan Essenburg.
Tommy's is expected to open in Austintown in the fall of 2024.
