Bond has been set on Monday for the suspect in a deadly shooting on Youngstown's south side back in December.

Bond for 19-year-old Jonthany Altreche was set at $300,000. He was arraigned on a murder charge, as well as charges of failure to comply with signal or order of a police officer and possession of drugs.

The murder charge stems from a deadly shooting that occurred on the 2200 Block of South Avenue in Youngstown on December 10 where 26-year-old Ty'Rice Logan was shot and killed. A warrant was issued for Altreche's arrest shortly after the incident.

Police found and arrested Altreche on Sunday, February 4 after a police chase ended in a crash at the intersection of South Montgomery and Wilson Avenue.
