Lisbon third graders become published authors
The group of students wrote two books entitled "Steps to Doing What You've Always Wanted to Do (But Didn't Know How) Vol. 1 and Vol. 2".

Lisbon's McKinley Elementary School celebrated a class of third graders becoming published authors.
The students wrote two books entitled "Steps to Doing What You've Always Wanted to Do (But Didn't Know How) Vol. 1 and Vol. 2".
The books are published by Studentreasures in Topeka, Kansas.
Mr. Dave Guy led the students, and each student was responsible for writing a "how to" article. Accompanied by the articles are illustrations made by the same students.
On January 30th, the students will be unboxing their newly published books in the school's library and get to read their pages to their parents.
