The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has released the names of the victims in all three homicides in Youngstown over the weekend.

It all started on Saturday, December 9 when a 22-year-old Black male was shot on the 1900 Block of East Midlothian Boulevard at around 12:30 in the afternoon. That man was identified as Hosea Hodges.

Police responded to this scene and began performing life-saving measures on Hodges before he was taken to the hospital where he later died.

About 30 minutes later, the body of a 20-year-old female was found in the area of Old McCartney Road on the city's East Side. She has been identified as Chyann Gruber.

According to the Coroner's Office, Gruber's body was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Police told 21 News despite the timeline of these deaths, they're not believed to be connected.

The following morning shortly before 5:00, police say a 26-year-old Black male was shot to death on the 2200 Block of South Avenue on the city's South Side. He was identified as Ty'Rice Logan.

Police say they have suspects in mind for all three of these homicides, but none are in custody at this time. Police also say they believe all of these incidents to be targeted and say there is no danger to the public at large.

Autopsies were conducted on all three victims and all three incidents remain under investigation.
