Jury to hear case against Rogers man accused of stealing from elderly/disabled person
According to the court filings, Bryce T. Bezdek of Rogers is charged with stealing more than $37,500 but less than $150,000 from Bryon Bezdek, 77, also of Rogers, between April 2014 through October 2020.

A 46-year-old Columbiana man is scheduled to appear in Judge Megan Bickerton's court for a jury trial after being charged with theft from an elderly or disabled person.
According to the court filings, Bryce T. Bezdek of Rogers is charged with stealing more than $37,500 but less than $150,000 from Bryon Bezdek, 77, also of Rogers, between April 2014 through October 2020.
Bryce Bezdek, who was indicted in April, is charged with two counts of theft from a person in a protected class, a felony of the second degree.
The younger Bezdek posted a bond in the amount of $75,000 and was released own recognizance in April.
Bryce Bezdek is scheduled for a trial jury on Wednesday, December 13, at 9 am in the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas.
