A judge in the Mahoning County Juvenile Court tells 21 News that the decision to try a juvenile suspect in the murder of a 15-year-old girl is up for consideration.

A hearing was held on Monday for Danyo Summers, previously referred to as Legend Pless who was 16 years old at the time of the murder of 15-year-old Amya Monserrat in a drive-by shooting at Martha's Boulevard Tavern in Youngstown.

According to Mahoning County Juvenile Court judge Theresa Dellick, after Monday's hearing, she's currently deciding whether or not to try Sellers as an adult for his alleged role in the murder and a decision should be made by the end of the week.

Summers was one of two suspects charged in the murder with the other suspect, 21-year-old Saun Peterson who pled guilty to charges against him last week and is now awaiting sentencing.

No sentencing date for Peterson has been set at this time.
