The last suspect convicted for his role in a Niles drive-by shooting is going to prison.

Twenty-five-year-old Anthony Butler of Warren pleaded guilty on Wednesday to felonious assault and was immediately sentenced to five to six years in prison.

Butler was arrested for a drive-by shooting on Clay Street in Niles this past July.

Police found bullet holes in a home but say nobody was hit by the gunfire.

As part of his sentence, Butler surrendered his gun to the police.

A second suspect, 25-year-old Dontavious Wallace of Warren, pleaded guilty to felonious assault and tampering with evidence earlier this month. Wallace was also given a prison sentence of 5 to 6 years.
