Aldi grocery store planned for Poland Township

US Route 224 is becoming the new hub for new grocery stores in the Valley, with Meijer's opening in 2021, followed by the Grocery Outlet in Boardman, which is set to open on November 16. 

The location for the new ALDI location was revealed in Canfield Township, and now comes word that another ALDI is going to be built in Poland Township.

The newest ALDI location will be built on 2.81 acres at 3236 Center Road and Clingan Road.

No date is set yet for when the project will begin.
