A Warren man is indicted on several charges after allegedly assaulting a woman and kicking a toddler earlier this year.

26-year-old Tyrell Williams was indicted by a Trumbull County Grand Jury on two counts of domestic violence, two counts of felonious assault with a child endangering specification, four counts of kidnapping with repeat violent offender specification.

Williams had a warrant issued for his arrest in July after a video allegedly showed him beating a woman and kicking a toddler multiple times at their home on West Market Street in Warren.

Williams was named 'Fugitive of the Week' by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in July after officers were unable to locate Williams for an arrest.

In August, Williams was found in Dolton, Illinois, just south of Chicago by U.S. Marshals, two weeks after he was named 'Fugitive of the Week.' Marshals say that Williams had drugs on his person at the time of his arrest.

Williams was extradited back to Trumbull County after he was arrested in Illinois.
