State Troopers say a Bristolville motorcyclist was seriously injured late Wednesday after a pickup truck pulled in front of him in Mecca Township.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 53-year-old Frank Bright was thrown from his Harley Davidson after it ran into a Dodge Dakota pickup that pulled in front of him on State Route 46 near Griffith Drive.
The patrol says the truck, driven by 68-year-old Frank Monteneri of Cortland, left the crash scene but was found later at a nearby home.
Bright was taken to Mercy Hospital in Youngstown for treatment of injuries troopers describe as serious.
Monteneri was not injured.
Ohio State Highway Patrol crash reconstruction experts are assisting in the investigation.
