3D printing company celebrating opening in Youngstown with weekend long events
The MiMe Global 3D printing store is opening a new location in the Mahoning Valley.
The MiMe store in the Eastwood Mall has officially closed, and a grand opening event will be held to celebrate the store's new location.
Celebrations kick off October 6, and the store will be celebrating all weekend at 2533 Belmont Avenue, at the intersection of Gypsy Lane and Belmont Avenue in Youngstown.
Starting October 6 through the 7, the first 100 customers will receive free coupons each day to win a prize or discount prize. General tours will take place, highlighting the Photogrammetry and 3D technology that the store uses.
Katie's Korner, Rita's Italian Ice, Affordable Delectables, and Tumerica will all be providing food trucks for the event as well.
Also, MiMe will donate 25% of each pet figurine purchased during the weekend event to Animal Welfare League. In addition, each pet will receive a FREE bandana.
MiMe Global, LLC was selected as the winner of the Eastwood Mall Small Shop Showdown competition in June, 2019 and received six months of free rent, marketing and advertising from the Cafaro Company, which owns the Eastwood Mall Complex.
Tours, giveaway discounts and vouchers for food truck vendors will be available throughout the weekend from noon to 6p.m.
There will be an official ribbon-cutting Sunday, October 8.
