New Castle man pleads guilty to cocaine distribution charges

A New Castle man has pled guilty to drug charges in federal court.
Forrest Gilmore, 28, pled guilty in United States District Court Tuesday to charges of conspiring to distribute cocaine and cocaine base, and to distributing cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school.
Sentencing for the offenses can be anywhere from one year to 90 years in prison and a fine of up to $6 million.
