The charges all stem from an incident in July of 2019 when Burley stabbed his girlfriend's eight-year-old son, Mark Mason to death during an argument in a home on High Street in Union Township.

Witnesses say Burley repeatedly yelled "die, die die" while stabbing Mason.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for September 19.
