A 58-year-old Poland man has been arrested for public indecency for the second time in the past 11 years.

According to a court filing, employees of a massage therapy business told Poland Township Police that Kevin Downs performed a sex act on himself during a massage earlier this month.

Downs was booked into the county jail and appeared in Struthers Municipal Court where he pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.  Another court hearing is scheduled for early October.

Court records show that Downs was indicted by the Mahoning County Grand Jury after being arrested in 2012 by Poland Police.

A jury found Downs guilty of public indecency but acquitted him of unlawful restraint.

Following an appeal, Downs was placed on probation for three years and was ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.
