Folks in Niles will have plenty more restaurants to choose from in the outdoor section of the Eastwood Mall Complex starting in early 2024.

Cafaro Company Corporate Communications Director, Joe Bell tells 21 News that Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen and BIBIBOP Asian Grill will be coming to the complex starting in the first quarter of 2024.

Raising Canes will be located between Longhorn Steakhouse and Starbucks, Popeye's will be located next to McDonald's and BIBIBOP will open in a new shopping strip currently under construction in front of Boscov's.

All of this is in addition to a McAllister's Deli, which is also coming to that same shopping strip in September of 2023 according to Bell.

 Bell tells 21 News the Eastwood Mall Complex was able to get all these new restaurants and other businesses thanks to its "very active" leasing department.

"Our executives there work very hard to talk to a variety of businesses all the time. They're always looking for new businesses that would be popular with people in the area," Bell said.

Bell says Raising Canes and possibly Popeyes are expected to open in the first quarter of 2024, and BIBIBOP is expected to open in the second quarter. 

Raising Canes and McAlister's both have one other Valley location each in Boardman. Popeye's has multiple Valley locations including Youngstown, Liberty Township and Boardman in the Mahoning Valley and Hermitage in the Shenango Valley.  

This would be BIBIBOP's first Valley location.
