The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force announced on Wednesday that it is offering up to a $2,500 reward for information that would lead to the capture of a fugitive.

Keith Franklin is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Campbell Police Department for two counts of felonious assault, having weapons while under disability, and discharging a firearm within city limits.

On August 6, 2023, police say Franklin was involved in an incident where he shot one victim and beat another, seriously injuring both victims.

Franklin is described as a black male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 155 pounds. He is 31 years old.
