According to Mercer County District Attorney Peter Acker, Farrell Police arrested one 17-year-old, identified as Delonte Moore, on Friday night. Following Moore's arrest, he was arraigned and subsequently held in the Mercer County Jail in the 'interest of justice' on charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit robbery, and possession of firearms by a minor.
The other teen, a 14-year-old identified as Demarco Stokes, is not yet in custody but faces a slate of similar charges including aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, delivery of a firearm, and possession of firearms by a minor.
Acker says both Acker and Stokes are charged as adults.
A third teen also faces charges relating to the incident. According to Acker, that teen is a 16-year-old who is currently in custody in Trumbull county after turning himself in for a shooting that happened on the state line on July 19th. He will face similar charges to the two others.
