A third suspect in a drive-by shooting that happened in Niles earlier this week has turned himself in to police.

Anthony Butler, 25, was booked into the Trumbull County Jail Thursday on charges of felonious assault.

His arrest stems from an incident on Tuesday, where police say Butler and two other men were involved in a drive by shooting on Clay Street.

Nobody was hit by the gunfire, but police recovered several shell casings and noticed bullet holes in a nearby home.

Niles Police first arrested 25-year-old Dontavious Wallace in connection with the shooting. He was arraigned in court Wednesday, also on felonious assault charges.

They also filed warrants for Butler and a third suspect, 35-year-old Brandy Bajwa. Bajwa was also booked into the Trumbull County Jail Thursday.
