Salem woman sentenced to prison for 'stomping' behavioral health worker's leg
According to court records, 33-year-old Kirsten Kuhns was handed an indefinite sentence of two-to-three-years in prison on a charge of Felonious Assault.

A Salem woman has been sentenced to prison for stomping the leg of a behavioral health worker in Liberty back in December of 2022.
According to court records, 33-year-old Kirsten Kuhns was handed an indefinite sentence of two-to-three-years in prison on a charge of Felonious Assault.
The charge stems from an incident from December of 2022 when Kuhns assaulted the 52-year-old health care worker who was trying to commit her into a behavioral health care facility in Liberty.
Reports say swept the worker's right leg and stomped on his right knee breaking his shin bone. According to court records, the employee needed surgery as a result of these injuries.
