Kyle Trimacco, a 19-year old from Struthers, has been indicted by a grand jury for 13 felony counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor and two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

The indictment comes just over two months after Trimacco was arrested for allegedly exchanging nude photos with a 10 year old boy he met on Xbox Live.
 
Police were originally tipped to Trimacco by the victim's mother, who discovered the Xbox chats in April. She also told police that the chats went back as far as February of 2023, and that Tramacco used Xbox store gift cards to solicit the photos from the victim.
 
If charged, Trimacco could face up to 18 months in prison for each felony count of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor.
 
The two misdemeanor counts could carry 180 days in prison and a $1000 fine for each charge.
