State Police in Lawrence County are deciding if charges will be filed against the driver of an Amish buggy that was struck by a car, killing the horse.

According to police, the buggy being driven by a 32-year-old New Castle man pulled from a driveway into the path of a Toyota Camry along Wilson Mill Road in Wilmington Township Sunday afternoon.

The car, being driven by a 22-year-old Bulter woman and three girls ages 3,3, and 7, crashed into the buggy.

No one was taken to a hospital. However, the horse pulling the buggy died.
