Boardman police have arrested  two suspects believed to be caring counterfeit bills and drug possession at a Home Depot in Boardman. 

Joseph Taylor, 31, and Brandon Wallace, 33, both from New York City, were charged with drug possession, counterfeit/forgery, false pretenses and drug equipment violations, according to police reports.

Boardman police said the arrests were made after a Home Depot employee alerted police that two men in a black Mazda with New Jersey plates were harassing customers in the parking lot. 

Police were later alerted that the suspects were inside of the Home Depot with possible counterfeit bills. The suspects are believed to have made purchases at another Home Depot in Cranberry, Pennsylvania, using counterfeit bills. 

Upon inspection of the suspect's vehicle, officers on the scene found three counterfeit $100 bills, marijuana and Oxycodone Hydrochloride. Officers also discovered another three counterfeit bills on Taylor.

Police said the suspects were booked at the Mahoning County Jail and are expected to make an appearance in court June 8.
