An Austintown comic book store closed its doors for the day after a car crashed into a window making its way inside the store.

Liberty Comics on Mahoning Avenue posted a picture of the scene to its Facebook page showing a side window completely shattered by the vehicle, as well as multiple bins and counters full of merchandise knocked over and debris scattered throughout the store.

21 News reached out to the store, but employees told us they were unable to speak with us at this time.

Austintown Police tell us they are still on scene and don't have much information yet, but confirm that they are handling the investigation of this incident.
