Salem superintendent: Authorities 'hot on the trail' of person who made bomb threat

Salem School Superintendent Sean Kirkland told 21 News that authorities are "hot on the trial" of the person who made a bomb threat that forced students and voters out of Salem High School early Tuesday.
Salem Police and the FBI are investigating the threat at the Senior/Junior high school.
Students were evacuated and picked up by at First Christian Church which is across the street from the school
Kirkland said the threat came into a 9-1-1 dispatch center.
Columbiana County Elections Director Kim Fusco told 21 News that the threat shut down voting at Precinct 15 Salem City 3B and Precinct 16 Salem City 3C at the school.
Voting has been moved to the First Christian Church at 1151 E. 6th Street.
After the school was cleared by bomb dogs and bomb technicians, the superintendent says classes will resume on Wednesday.
