A New Jersey man caught during human trafficking sting in Mahoning County is going to prison.
Glenn Jones, 59, of Clark, N.J., appeared on Wednesday before Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Krichbaum who handed down a 9-month sentence, which was earlier agreed to by the prosecutor’s office.
Jones pleaded guilty to compelling prostitution and two counts of possessing criminal tools.
Jones was among 17 suspects arrested for human trafficking in Mahoning and Columbiana Counties in August of 2022 during what Ohio Attorney General, Dave Yost called, "Operation: Time's Up".
