COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Trumbull County Combined Health District

For those interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, the Trumbull County Combined Health District will host vaccine clinics during the week of April 24.
The clinics will offer the mRNA bivalent vaccination which protects against the original COVID-19 strain and the Omicron BA.4 and BA.5 variants. The monovalent vaccine produced by Johnson & Johnson will also be available.
To be eligible for this vaccine, those interested must have received their primary vaccinations or booster shot 2 months prior to this clinic.
Trumbull County Combined Health District is hosting the clinic on two separate days at its Warren location. These will be held Tuesday, April 25 from 5-7 p.m., and Thursday, April 27th from 9:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.
Another clinic will be held on Thursday, April 27 at the Niles Wellness Center from 5-7 p.m. The wellness center is located at 213 Sharkey Ave. in Niles.
The Pfizer mRNA bivalent vaccine is available for people 12 years and older and the Pfizer pediatric bivalent is for children ages 5 to 11 years old.
There is also a vaccine for infants ages 6 months to 4 years.
A parent must be present with any minor who wants to receive a vaccine.
