A former Trumbull County employee has been sentenced in federal court Monday morning for distributing cocaine.

According to court records, 41-year-old Lisa Crusan was sentenced to a total of three years of probation to be served consecutively on three counts of Distribution of Cocaine. 

She was also sentenced to eight months of house arrest to commence no later than 30 days from her sentencing.

Crusan's charges stem from her selling cocaine on three different occasions between the months of June and July of 2022. She sold approximately four ounces in controlled purchases by the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force (MVLETF).

Crusan was a former employee of the Trumbull County Probate Court.
