Columbiana County man sentenced to life in prison without parole for raping toddler
According to a secret indictment Jones engaged in sexual conduct with a child younger than four years old between January of 2014 and December of 2016.
A Columbiana County man will spend the rest of his life behind bars with no chance of parole for repeatedly raping a toddler over a three-year period.
According to a post from the Columbiana County Prosecutor's Office's Facebook page, 35-year-old David Jones was found guilty of rape, sexual battery and gross sexual imposition.
According to a secret indictment Jones engaged in sexual conduct with a child younger than four years old between January of 2014 and December of 2016.
Jones was found guilty of these crimes following a four-day jury trial.
Columbiana County Prosecutor, Vito Abruzzino thanked his staff, as well as the East Palestine Police Department for their help in this case.
