The water ride, Raging Rapids, is also returning during the 2023 season. The park is doing test runs and fine tuning aspects of the refurbishment project. The official reopening date for the ride will be released at a later time, according to the amusement park's Facebook page.
According to Kennywood's website, the best times to visit the park are Sundays in May, Memorial Day and weekdays in June and July.
