Youngstown City Council has moved its Wednesday meeting from council chambers after issues with city hall's fire escapes were revealed.

Council's regular meeting will now be held Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. inside the community room in the Covelli Centre (229 E Front Street).

The change comes after a maintenance review of City Hall found some structural problems.

Council members told 21 News City Hall did not need to be closed but the number of people in the building would be limited.
