Lisbon Police have arrested a second suspect in reference to the case of the murder of Rusty Steele in Lisbon on March 3.

Lisbon Police Chief, Mike Abraham tells 21 News that 42-year-old Christopher Mills was arrested and charged with Obstruction of Justice. Police say Mills is believed to be the man who drove suspect, Michael Blower to and from the scene of the crime.

Police say that Mills failed to notify law enforcement of the murder and that investigation revealed that Mills had allegedly lied to police about certain aspects of the case.
