A woman who fell from a second-floor window in Sandy Lake was taken by medical helicopter to a hospital.

A woman who fell from a second-floor window in Sandy Lake was taken by medical helicopter to a hospital.
The Sandy Lake Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the two-story office and apartment building on the 3300 block of North Main Street just after 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
The woman was conscious but experiencing severe back pain after falling about 18 feet to the ground.
State Police were contacted, but as yet have no information about what led to the fall.
Dispatchers did not know which hospital the woman was taken to or her current condition.
