A traffic accident on the Ohio Turnpike stopped eastbound traffic south of Cleveland Monday morning.

According to the turnpike, the crash occurred between the Cleveland and Akron interchanges over the Cuyahoga Valley National Park after 9 a.m.

The local fire department was called to the scene.

One lane was reopened shortly before 10 a.m.

There's no word on when the tollway will reopen or if anyone was injured.
