A child pornography investigation involving several law enforcement agencies led to the search of a home on Youngstown’s East Side and the arrest of a suspect.

Youngstown Police Detectives along with U.S. Marshals, BCI agents and members of the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force searched a home on the 1300 block of Oak Street early Wednesday.

Forty-five-year-old Eduardo Pagan was arrested at the home after police say they had been watching him due to reports of Pagan possessing and potentially distributing child pornography.

Pagan was questioned by investigators of the Human Trafficking Task Force.

The search revealed electronic evidence, which was seized for further analysis, according to police.

Pagan is charged with pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, and possession of criminal tools.

Police say more charges are possible.
