The Browns' star dislocated his toe during an obstacle course relay.
Browns' defensive end Myles Garrett will not need surgery following a toe injury he suffered during Pro Bowl weekend in Las Vegas.
According to NFL Newtork's Ian Rapoport, Garrett's dislocated toe was popped back into place and the four-time Pro Bowler will not need surgery.
