Austintown man sentenced to over six years in prison for role in deadly Fentanyl overdose
According to court records 55-year-old Kenneth Mazurkiewicz was sentenced to 75 months in prison and three years of supervised release.

An Austintown man was sentenced for his role in a deadly Fentanyl overdose in the Northern Ohio District Court in Youngstown Monday afternoon.
According to court records 55-year-old Kenneth Mazurkiewicz was sentenced to 75 months in prison and three years of supervised release.
Mazurkiewicz pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in May of 2022. The charge stems from Mazurkiewicz and another suspect, Tyron Scott distributing fentanyl that led to a fatal overdose.
Scott had previously pled guilty and was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
Mazurkiewicz was previously indicted on 11 counts of Use of Communication Facility in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime but all of these charges were dropped.
