Blue Wolf owners open new fast-paced restaurant in Boardman
The owners of a Boardman restaurant have opened a new business specializing in sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads.
Blue Wolf owners Stacey and Joe Rzonsa have opened Garden Kettle, a new restaurant offering catering, delivery, dine-in and fast-paced pick-up options.
Garden Kettle prepares its artisan recipes with fresh ingredients daily and has options for many dietary restrictions.
"For a lot of people, the new year is about getting a fresh start," Stacey Rzonsa said. "Committing to a completely new diet can be difficult, but it's much more manageable to make sure you're eating food that's made with fresh ingredients."
The restaurant also allows for customization on all orders so customers can get exactly what they want.
The Rzonsas said Garden Kettle was created to solve a problem they kept running into, the inability to get quality food while on the go.
"If the food is fast, you're compromising on quality," the Rzonsas said. "And if the food is quality, then you better be able to wait a long time for it. It's always been a problem, especially for parents and professionals like us who are always on the go."
Garden Kettle is located at 8049 Market Street in the old Eat'n Park building.
They are open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
