One man is facing charges in Youngstown after tips from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force led to a search of a home on the city's south side. 

Youngstown Sgt. Jessica Shields told 21 News that 18-year-old Seth Thompson, of Detroit Avenue in the city, along with another man in the home , were arrested and booked on charges of child pornography involving an 8-year-old Pennsylvania girl.

After being questioned, the second man  was released and is not facing any charges .

A search warrant was issued at the Detroit Ave. home of Thompson by the Youngstown Police Department, along with Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, Mahoning Co. Sheriff's Office, Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office, as the minor lives in Pennsylvania.

Thompson, who was 17 at the time the alleged crimes took place, was booked into the Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center and charged on felony counts of importuning, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and pandering obscenity involving a minor.

According to Sgt. Shields, police searched a second computer at the home belonging to the second man  and allegedly found child pornography on that computer as well.
