Ohio Fire Marshal investigating blaze at Liberty's Kravitz Deli

Fire departments from surrounding communities were called to help Liberty Township firefighters after a fire was reported inside Kravitz Delicatessen.
Dispatchers were told that flames could be seen inside the popular Belmont Avenue eatery just after 6:40 a.m. Monday.
The first firefighter to arrive reported seeing smoke inside the restaurant.
Shortly before 7 a.m. it was reported that the fire was under control.
Fire officials are calling it a grease fire, adding that smoke damage will keep the deli closed for an undetermined amount of time.
A representative for the deli tells 21 News that the chef was heating up the flat top stove when the fire broke out. The chef worked on extinguishing the blaze while the baker phoned 9-1-1.
No other buildings in the plaza were damaged.
The Ohio Fire Marshal has been contacted to investigate further.
