The race for the seat in Ohio's 65th Congressional District has come to an end with Mike Loychik winning the race by 66%.

Loychik will be serving his second term in the 65th District. Additonally, he serves as co-chair for the Sportsman's Caucus of Ohio and also operates Atlantic Pressure Washing Solutions LLC.

Loychik graduated from Champion High School and earned an associate's degree in aviation and maintenance technology at Community College of the United States Air Force.

He later earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management at Columbia Southern University. He's currently pursuing a master's degree in occupational safety and health.

Loychik served as a C-130 Crew Chief with a special operations group, as well as a combat search and rescue group in the Air Force. He served in the Air Force for eight years. He retired as a Staff Sergeant.
