Police find dog with gunshot wounds in ditch in Warren
At this point, police have not revealed if the dog is dead.
Warren police are investigating after they found a dog who is said to have been shot in a ditch.
Police were dispatched on Thursday, October 20 in reference to a dog found in a ditch with gunshot wounds.
Around 11:50 a.m. the day before, a woman called the police in reference to hearing shots fired. The caller told police she believed someone had shot her dog, but she couldn't find it.
The dog was later found in a ditch on Swallow St. SW with visible gunshot wounds. At this point, police have not revealed if the dog is dead.
