Woman dead after crash on Ohio Turnpike in Beaver Twp.
It happened around 1:50 p.m. on I-76 westbound near the South Avenue overpass in Beaver Township.
One person is dead after a crash on the Ohio Turnpike Sunday afternoon.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed that 75-year-old Nancy Olson of Williamsburg, Virginia was killed in a crash involving a semi-truck.
It happened around 1:50 p.m. on I-76 westbound near the South Avenue overpass in Beaver Township.
State Troopers say Olson's car went off the road, overcorrected, and swerved over the median into an oncoming semi.
Olson's passenger and the driver of the semi were treated for minor injuries.
