Man changing tire struck, killed on I-80 in Mercer County
All westbound lanes of Interstate 80 were closed by a crash in Mercer County early Sunday.

One person has been killed at a crash on I-80 Westbound in Mercer County early Sunday.
According to PennDOT, I-80 WB was closed between the Barkeyville/Franklin Oil City interchange and the Grove City/Sandy Lake Intersection.
A call went out to First Responders in Pine Township at around 4:45 am when someone called dispatchers to report that man changing a tire along the interstate had been struck one mile east of the Route 173 exit.
Pennsylvania State Police, say that the victim, identified as Daniel Lenien, 23, of Michigan was killed at the scene. The scene is now cleared and all roads and lanes are reopened as of 12:57 p.m.
