Police are looking for a Girard woman after a Warren man says he woke up to find her standing next to his bed before throwing his mobile phone into a toilet.

Dajeauna Adams, 23, is charged with one count of burglary.

According to a police report, a 26-year-old man was sleeping in his Bonnie Brae Avenue home late Monday morning when he was awakened to find Adams standing in his bedroom.

The man said he had dated Adams, but recently broke up.

Claiming that Adams grabbed his cell phone, the man says he followed her to the bathroom where she threw his phone in the toilet.

The man said the two struggled and had trouble getting out of the bathroom after the doorknob fell off.

The police report says Adams then left the home with another woman.

A witness told police she saw Adams taking out screens from the windows of the home and removing an air conditioner from a window. Police say the witness recorded video of Adams climbing through a window.

Police were also told that Adams retrieved a baseball bat from her car and used it to smash a window.
