A number of new businesses are coming to the Eastwood Mall.

The Niles complex is adding seven new businesses including restaurants, entertainment and home decor spots.

Construction has begun on a new HomeGoods store that will be next to Levin Furniture. The store offers home decor and merchandise including lighting, rugs, cookware and more. HomeGoods is expected to open in summer 2023.

Carter's will open by Thanksgiving 2022 in the space between Burlington and TJMaxx. They are America's leading brand of children's clothing.

Two restaurants will also open at the complex in the near future. King's Cajun Seafood & Bar is preparing to open in July near Outback and Steak 'n Shake. They feature a full bar and dishes inspired by the food of New Orleans.

Longhorn Steakhouse is set to begin construction on the former IHOP restaurant and is projected to open in February 2023.

Three other restaurants are also discussing coming to the complex.

A coffee and beverage spot is preparing to open in the JCPenney concourse in the mall. NrGize Lifestyle Cafe will feature the Kahala brand of coffee and offer a selection of NrGize smoothies.

The 4,000 square-foot space next to Buffalo Wild Wings will become Venetia Nail Lounge & Spa in late July. They offer a full range of manicures, pedicures and other beauty treatments.

Another entertainment spot has already opened near Boscov's. Aimpoint Airsoft challenges customers to test their shooting skills with airsoft guns that shoot soft pellets at targets.

All businesses expect to welcome customers in the near future.
