A Warren man remains jailed on a $250,000 bond after pleading not guilty to an indictment handed up after police say they found an exploitive video of children on his computer tablet.

Cristopher Rosier, 39, appeared in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Monday to answer four counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, and one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Warren Police arrested Rosier in April after investigating an incident that happened last Halloween.

Investigators say Rosier had entrusted a tablet to an ex-girlfriend that contained the allegedly offensive video.

In 2013, Rosier was convicted of five counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and 15 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

He was sentenced to one year in prison and ordered to register as a sex offender.
